PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH (cont'd)

At the end of the headset cord is a gold plated, 10-pin mini-din connector that attaches to…

…the desktop controller. Cooler Master didn't skimp on build quality here either – this pod has a lot of weight to it and the fit and finish is great. Using this controller, each speaker channel can be adjusted individually to customize in-game sounds. It requires two USB ports for power.
PRODUCT INSTALLATION AND TESTING

Software is not required to use the Sirus – you can use the RCA breakout cable to bypass the desktop controller and hook it up directly to your sound card. However, for the purposes of this review I will be using the Sirus over a USB connection with the CM Storm software.

The interface is straightforward with volume adjustments being the main attraction. Each speaker channel can be individually tweaked to your liking and saved as a profile.
