PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH
On the bottom of the mouse we can see the laser, four pads to assist in easy movement across a mouse surface, as well as a compartment for the weights. Let's take a look at those.
There are five weights inside, with each one weighing in at 4.5 grams. Mix and match them to your liking, or leave them all inside. Take them all out if you prefer a lighter mouse. Customization is what it's all about here.
If you go to a lot of LAN parties, you may want to take advantage of the included PCI slot cover for extra security. Basically you just run the mouse cord through the PCI slot and then attach it to the back of your case like normal. Someone can still come up and unplug the mouse, but they won't be able to steal it without a way to open the case.
PRODUCT INSTALLATION AND TESTING
Upon plugging in the mouse, you are greeted with a nice glow from the LEDs…
…and a reading of the current DPI setting on both the X and Y axis. Remember this can be adjusted using the two buttons below the scroll wheel, and it's easy to know when you've switched profiles because the LEDs will change colors. Any further fine-tuning must be done through the software.
