THERMALTAKE

We stopped by the Thermaltake booth for a quick visit. We’ll be going back tomorrow for a more complete look at the new products they have to offer. We just stopped by to confirm that we would be meeting them tomorrow for a formal talk about what is coming out in 2007.
Although we were only there a short time, it was long enough for Nathan (AKA Mr. Lucky) to win the drawing for a new expensive Thermaltake Armor full size computer case.
ZALMAN

Mr. Lucky and I then legged it over to the Zalman booth. As usual, there was some cool stuff to see.
Zalman is stepping out of their usual product focus to soon release a 19 inch and a 22 inch 3D LCD monitor. With help through Nvidia's 3D technology, Zalman is able to create a LCD monitor that can work in 3D and also in a standard 2D LCD monitor fashion. Through testing the 3D functionality on World of Warcraft, we really got to see how this goes make a great game even more immersive. Look for 3D technology to pop back in the market again in force.

Here are some very nice aluminum HTPC cases in your choice of black or silver and sporting VFD displays of varying size. There was also a full compliment of Zalman CPU, VGA and chipset coolers on display.
