WHAT IS CES?
CES (Consumer Electronics Show) is a gathering of thousands of industry partners, press and manufacturers to facilitate and give media the chance to see developing technology and products while getting manufacturers the press and media attention needed for future growth. Through several different press functions, conferences, keynotes and show floor displays, the stage is set for information to be exchanged, professional relationships to be developed and for getting product marketing exposure.
ZALMAN

Zalman was my first stop of the day and the first products that were introduced was their new updated line of CPU coolers for 2011. But seeing that the newer coolers are designed differently as shown in the above photo of the CNPS11X, the CNPS10X line will not be discontinued anytime in the near future. Why is that you say? Well to quote directly from Zalman's head marketing representative, it is because the CNPS10X line is based on the standard reference tower cooler configuration while the new CNPS11X brings something a little different to the table with its respective V-type heatsink configuration. Of course we will be reviewing this model in the upcoming months and give you our honest opinion.
Pictured above is Zalman's own passive 24 inch
ZM-M240W
3D monitor which takes advantage of polarized glasses instead of the shutter variety for less eye strain. Taking over the helm a bit and trying it on for size, the 3D experience was excellent with no noticeable eyestrain. We look forward to trying this monitor out in our testing labs during this or the next quarter and see how it does against the mainstream monitors I have reviewed in the past.
To the right you will also find Zalman's 2011 flagship GS1200 case. With hot-swapable drive bays, numerous convenient top connection options and excellent air ventilation, this model will definitely trump the GS1000 it is replacing. And let's say it looks a lot better as well. Look forward to our review once it hits most online retailers.
