BODY WORK
Next on my list of things to do was some body work for fans, handles,
etc

I measured out my 5 ¼" bay for my three 40mm fans and drew
out where I needed to drill in pencil on the bay itself. On the back of
the case I wanted to add another 80mm exhaust fan, so I measured and marked
that on the back of the case. I also took the rivets out of the top, and
measured out where I wanted my top 80mm exhaust fan and handles to be.

I then proceeded to cut, drill, dremel, and smooth for a while and wasn't
disappointed in the least bit by the results! (except for the scratch
on the middle 40mm fan on the back
)

To finish off the fan holes, I put edge molding on all the 80mm fan holes
(Provided by ZXMods), and put rubber grommets in all the mounting holes
to prevent vibrations and reduce case noise, and to top it off, Atomic
fan grills will be added!!! (Both provided by Voyeur Mods).

Just after I finished doing all the fan hole cutting, my fans came, (HUGE
thanks to Nexfan for providing fans) and so I decided to install them
Handles (Provided by ZXMods) were also installed at this time.

Last piece of body work I had to do was put the 3 rocker switches into
one of my 3.5" bays. I used a drill bit to create the initial hole
for each switch, then took the dremel to the holes to make them so the
switches would fit correctly. One side on the switches protruded out a
bit, so the holes are a bit lopsided, but its for a reason
Was a
little bit more work than I had expected, but turned out perfect, so I
can't complain too much.

After all the body work was done, I re-riveted the case
back together
