<--SHOP FOR AN ATI TV WONDER ELITE

PRODUCT SETUP & INSTALLATION

I will spare you the boring stuff and just focus on what I found important in the 5 minutes it took to have this TV card setup. As always you will need to insert the CD into the tray and go through the usual installation steps. Just one thing though, do NOT plug the receiver into the USB slot under you have fully setup the software, installed the drivers completely, and restarted the computer. Then install the remote receiver and Windows will set it up automatically. I have had to many huge screw ups just plugging in a USB peripheral and having the drivers improperly installed. Installing the drivers first will insure a safe setup.

Now after a couple setup screens you will be faced with the following.

First off, you select the type of connection you will be using. Press next.

After that you will be asked to autoscan for the available channels on your network. It takes about 1-2 minutes to complete a full 125 channel scan after which it will ask you to continue.

Just before you commence using the program, the setup will brief you on the configuration settings you have chosen. Make sure they are all correct and make any changes if needed before you move on. After that is fine, press continue.

Once you press continue, you will be confronted with the main menu for PowerCinema. Through the mouse or the remote control you can browse through each sub-menu to access their commands and features which will be explained in the next section.
