PRODUCT FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS

My review sample includes one 500GB hard drive and 1GB RAM, but you can also purchase the server with a 2TB hard drive and 2GB RAM pre-installed. There's room for up to two hard drives inside so no matter which model you have, the storage capacity can be easily expanded by adding another drive.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

It's easy to envision a server as being a huge behemoth of a machine, but get that image out of your head because the TS Mini is just the opposite. The box and the product inside are both quite compact, which is great news for the home user. Everything inside is securely packaged, too.

Everything you need to get up and running is provided right out of the box. Along with the usual power adapter/cord and manuals, you also get a software install CD, recovery CD, and restore CD. Current pricing for all of this is around $350 US with a 500GB hard drive and 1 GB RAM installed.
