VIDEOCARD OVERCLOCKING
With a stock value of 700Mhz core, 1400Mhz shader and 800Mhz DDR3 memory set, using MSI AfterBurner I tried to push the card to its 100% stable ceiling. Through several hours of testing and benchmarking, I finally found a 100% stable overclock of 862Mhz core and 1725Mhz shader and 905Mhz DDR3 memory which resulted in an amazing 162Mhz core, 325Mhz shader and 105Mhz DDR3 overclock.
Needless to say, this low cost videocard is a very decent overclocker and should yield some impressive benchmarking scores when compared to stock trim. With the additional 2.6GPixel's Pixel Fillrate, 2.4 GTexel's of GPU capability along with the added 3.4 GB/s memory bandwidth, a performance improvement should be noticeable. This brings a lot more value to this card and could interest some buyers that might want to tweak their card for a little more performance.
