PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH
The X-Jupiter G Type is constructed of all aluminum except for the front bezel which is plastic, so despite the large size it's not too heavy to move around. The black paint finish is very smooth and a bit glossy. The door sports a vertical Apevia logo that lights up blue when powered on. In the middle is a backlit temperature LCD and fan speed controller, and at the bottom is a blue LED 120mm intake fan covered by mesh. Let's take a closer look in.
Opening the door reveals the plastic drive bays, which seemed to pick up a lot of fingerprints but also wiped clean pretty easily. There is a lock on the right side of the front bezel to prevent the door from being opened.
A close up of the middle section reveals built in controllers for the intake and exhaust fans, the LCD to display temperature, and two USB ports.
The side panel is windowed with a mirrored locking handle to remove it. Also present is a blue LED 120mm fan that will provide some extra cooling to expansion cards with it being positioned towards the bottom.
An optional 90mm or 120mm exhaust fan can be mounted here on top of the case. To the right of the fan vent is a small lever to open and close it. Also located here are two more USB ports, microphone and headphone port, firewire port, and oddly enough the power and hard drive activity lights. This is the first case I've encountered that had these indicator lights positioned on top, of all places.
