PRODUCT PICTORIAL AND WALKTHROUGH

The main unit consists of a thick aluminum radiator and tubes leading to the pump/waterblock module. Power for the pump is delivered via twisted wiring terminating in a 3-pin power connector. As an added bonus, there are also a separate 4-pin PWM connector for the fans, allowing the user to power the pump and fans from a single motherboard header. A separate cable terminates in a single USB 2.0 connector which supports the software features. The copper base, with its pre-applied TIM, comes with a protective plastic cover. Lugs around the perimeter of the housing give the block a gear-like appearance, but are integral to the mounting scheme, as we'll see a bit later.

Unlike many of these all-in-one units, the 620 features tubing that is very flexible that will, in conjunction with the swivel fittings, make installation much easier.

There's not a huge amount of information available on the fans, but the mounting solutions are well documented in the installation guide. We'll go over these items in more detail during the installation section of this review. In fact, let's get right to it.
