GRAPHIC BENCHMARKS & OVERCLOCKING (cont'd)
Now throughout my Internet reading, I have found this benchmark to be
one of the most popular to illustrate how a videocard performs in a gaming
environment. During this benchmark everything was set to maximum settings
to really test the card, now let's see how it handled it.....

Throwing the videocard at stock speed through the benchmark resulted
in a decent score of 150.2 FPS.

As in the before mentioned benchmarks, I immediately pumped the cards
speed up to 310 core / 500 memory and was rewarded with a 30fps jump in
benchmarking! Nice!

Now, adjusting the overclock to a maximum "artifact-free" benchmark,
I upped the memory clock to 515 which gave me an approximate jump of another
2fps and a result of 181.9 fps.
Overall, this card held its own very well and wasn't a real slouch at
all.
CONCLUSIONS & AFTERTHOUGHTS
Throughout my testing and benchmarking of this card, I have never had
a problem whatsoever. Gaming is great, TV-Out is problem-free, and the
price is pretty damn good at about $70-$90USD. The main characteristic
of this card you should consider is the overclocking potential. As you
can see by the benchmarks, the overclocking did indeed improve the performance
of the card immensely and I believe would be able to go a little higher
if someone was inclined to install some ramsinks. Frankly, I would have
to recommend this card to pretty well any one out there that want great
performance and some money left in your wallet to get more system ram.
All you will be missing is some higher benchmarks, but face it, after
a certain point, you cannot see an improvement in games because the framerates
are indeed too fast for your eyes to even recognize. Overall, a GREAT
PRODUCT!!!
Pro's:
