PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Do you like great gaming, great features, TV-out, Optional DVI output,
and a pretty good software bundle, well, I might have an option for you.
The Geforce 4 MX440 is the upper end of the budget based Geforce 4 lineup
and isn't a slouch in the performance for value ratio. I find the Internet
flooded with reviews of the big brothers of the MX440 (eg. Ti4200, Ti4400
and Ti4600), but very little coverage on what will turn out to be the
better selling cards of the lineup. Some sites seem to subscribe to the
trait of only reviewing the high-end cards which in my mind is a little
biased seeing that the percentage of the reading population that could
actually afford one of the $250USD+ cards is definitely below 25%. To
aid in exposing a great budget lineup of cards, Albatron was kind enough
to supply the Tweaknews staff with a sample of their Geforce4 MX 440 64Meg
DDR graphics accelerator. Does it perform? Read on.....
