PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH & PICTORIAL (cont'd)
At first this monitor looks just like any other standard LCD monitor on the market. But this monitor is much more limber and flexible than its initial normal configuration might convey.
The monitor allows the user several different configurations from having the monitor sitting normally to having the screen facing straight up. This also allows the screen to tip back so it can be rotated. But why do people need to rotate the monitor?
In your day to day cruising around the internet and through documents you just might get completely sick of the continuous scrolling needed to navigate through longer webpages and documents. What landscape viewing allows is the legal document user, the internet reader or the web programmer to view their documents with more ease.
All you need to do is have the Pivot Pro software installed, right click anywhere on an empty portion of the desktop and click "Rotate to 90". Next rotate your monitor 90 degrees to the right and you will have the following.
Seeing most webpages are coded for a maximum width of 1024 pixels, the 1024 stock width while in landscape viewing is perfect for webpages and longer documents. To be completely honest, I own three monitors that are capable of this and I have yet to use this feature in 3 years. But it is there if someone needs it. Better it being there and available then not.
