PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
With more and more people listening to music on their
computer, it is a shame that they are stuck with the low quality generic
speaker usually packed with most OEM computers. Although overlooked,
sound plays an important role in PC enjoyment. If you put a lot of effort
ripping your own CDs, buying your favorite MP3s online or watching DVD
Video, your high quality audio will be downgraded to raspy low quality
garbage if you choose to play your tracks through substandard speakers.
Contrary to popular belief, excellent stereo 2.1 sound systems can be
purchased for well under US$70 if you do some thrifty shopping.
That being said, today I will be reviewing Altec Lansing's
recently released VS4121 computer speaker system. With full three way
sound, excellent aesthetics and a decent price tag, you might want to
stick around if you are in the market for a new stereo speaker system.
