PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH & PICTORIAL
Starting from the top and making our way to the bottom, we are first faced with the main output tray which is capable of handling 250 sheets face down or 100 sheets face up. A flap can also be extended if you are using longer legal printing medium and stops the printed material from sliding and falling onto the floor.
The top front of the printer can be opened for easy access and installation of the toner cartridge.
Beside the output tray is the control display and button panel to adjust your paper size, your printing contrast and various other features associated with day to day printing.
"Toner Saver" extends the life of the toner cartridge by 40%, although it states that it reduces the printing quality. As a little addition, I found that the quality on "toner save" to be better than the normal quality on an inkjet printer and a person wouldn't really notice the difference.
The front can be opened if per chance you would like to print off some transparencies, envelopes or anything you cannot load into the main tray magazine. You maximum capacity is 100 sheets at a time.
The lower 500 sheet can hold your standard bundles of letter paper but also can handle A4, A5, Letter, Legal, Executive, Folio, ISO B5 and JIS B5 when you adjust the paper guides.
