For one, Samsung has cut down on the heft of their LCD
monitor packaging and now is using a much thinner and easier to handle
product box. The previous boxes were rather thick and hard to carry
for extended intervals say if you purchased it in a mall and had to
carry it back to your vehicle. The new packaging feels more like a briefcase
than a bulky monitor box.
In a small plastic bag you will receive the usual product
registration and warranty cards along with the driver CD. For best viewing,
install the drivers and don't rely on window's "plug and play"
monitor drivers for the best visual picture.
Also included is an external power supply with its wall
plug cord.
