PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
If you have ever had the chance to experience the crisp
picture clarity, vibrant colors, and lack eye stress associated with
LCD monitor use, you will know once you experience a flat panel, you
will never want to use a normal CRT monitor again. Coming from my personal
experience as a webmaster, sitting in front of your monitor for hours
on end is a mandatory task. Before I switched to LCD monitors, anything
more than a two hour period at my work station would leave my eyes extremely
dry, strained, bloodshot and just plain out tired. Since transferring
to LCD use, I can easily sit and work for hours on end without the constant
eye rubbing and blinking caused by the CRT. If you are in front of a
computer as part of your job, you owe yourself the privilege of using
a flat panel display.
Today I will be reviewing the largest of the computer
based multifunction monitors newly released in 2003 for the 2004 sales
quarters. With multiple audio/video connections, cable TV input, internal
speakers coupled with both analog VGA and Digital DVI computer connections,
the 192MP can be touted as a multimedia center for your office or maybe
even for a student moving away to college or university. Think about
it, look at how many multimedia appliances this could replace in the
dorm room or a cramped office cubicle. Just don't tell your boss you
can watch TV on it. ;)
As you will see as you read through this review, some
features have been refined, restyled and reengineered for the new product
year without the loss of any features contained within the earlier model
years.
