SAMSUNG SYNCMASTER 172X INTRODUCTION

Since the mainstream introduction of TFT technology, the standard CRT monitor's reign as the main visual choice in computing is dwindling by the second. As I said time and time again, a standard CRT monitor can't hold a candle to the vibrant color and contrast emitted from a flat panel display. If you personally have not had the chance to try an LCD monitor, I can strongly assure you will not find a single purchase that will free up more space on your desk along with supplying low radiation visual comfort and reduced power consumption. But since TFT technology has been introduced, the home or office users have developed a need for more features other than the standard advantages.

For one, the thinner, simpler and cheaper.......the better.

Other than that, the gaming enthusiasts are still chomping at the bit for a TFT display that is ghost free and will allow them to take advantage of the newest technology that until lately is very limited and hard to find.

Today I will be reviewing the 172X 17 inch flat panel display that might encompass everything I mentioned above and might possibly be one of the best LCD monitors on the current market. As you can see above, it looks fantastic, lets see if the performance follows suit....
