Hey guys,

Everytime I enter my username and password to access Yahoo Mail, it just repeatedly cycles back to the login screen. No matter how times I enter the info, I cannot access my mail unless I click "sign in as a different user" and THEN enter my info. Clearly, this would appear to be a cookie issue, but what can I do about it?

I just recently did a clean install of windows, but this problem still occurs when I try to access my mail. It's not a big deal, but certainly annoying, and I was wondering if you had any thoughts.

Thanks,
Dave

if you're using Internet Explorer, try another (decent) browser... like Mozilla.
You might want to check if Javascript is enabled to...

Yeah, it must be something strange with the way the cookie is being created. I don't have problems on any other computer accessing my mail. I thought that a clean install of Windows would remedy the problem, which also provides for the possibility that it's something on Yahoo's side. I appreciate your help and suggestions.

Have your security settings been set too high for your cookies on accident. I know sites like hotmail have to have cookie security on Medium Low in order to work im pretty sure. At least, thats where i keep it.
