hello friends
i have a system with C,d,e,f partitions . i have dual boot between 98 and 2000pro with fat 32 file systems.98 is installed on C AND 2000 is installed on E. now my problem is that 98 got curropeted and is saying to reinstall 98.
iwas wonderind if i reinstall 98 it will write the boot sector and i can't get dual boot with 2000. so my question is whts easy to do . CAN I GET RID OF 98 COMPLETELY. OR OTHER OPTION IS HOW CAN I REINSTALL 98 THAT DOSEN'T EFFECT MY 2000 AND I CAN DUAL BOOT.
THANX FOR THE REPLIES

Just format your C:/, it won't affect the E:/, the ONLY way it will conflict or affect your Windows 2000 is if both 98 and 2000 are on the same partition.
