Im running a Soyu M/B with a Celeron 1.3, 512k RAM. My problem is that anytime I completely shut down the system and then restart it, it will stop druing the dos(?) part of the boot up screen and give me this message
"CMOS Checksum Error Defaults Loaded"
"F1 to continue Del to enter setup"

So any changes I have made to the bios (overclocking or anything else) just goes right back to the defaults. This only happens when I shut the whole system down and then restart. Not when I restart from windows. I have reflashed the bios, but no help there.

Thanks

Replace your motherboard battery.

Chances are it has worn out and is not holding enough charge to keep your settings in the bios.
