I'm planning on upgrading to a new motherboard + ram + p4 2.4c. Here's what I'm planning on getting, I'm looking for a little feedback.. especially on the RAM/mobo. :)

Thermaltake P4 Spark 7+ (Xaser Edition)
GEIL Dual Channel Ultra Platinum Series 512MB(2x256MB) PC-4200 (533MHz) DDR RAM
ABIT IC7, Intel 875P chipset for Socket 478 P4 Canterwood ATX motherboard RETAIL
Intel Pentium 4 / 2.4GHz 512k socket 478 Hyper Threading Technology 800 MHz FSB - OEM

Thanks!

Overall it looks good. Although I would get the Retail version of the processor. Whether or not you use the stock cooling, the 3 year warranty is alot nicer than a 90 day warranty (which is what OEM gives).

True, people are seeing better overclocking from the retail version and yes, the warranty is nice.
