One of the only ways is to use a program called VirtualBox and install OS X in a virtualized environment. Other than that, it's pretty near impossible to install Mac OS on a PC because the OS is very hardware specific.
However, if you have a really fast computer, you should have no problem installing the virtual OS X environment (plus, you'll have the added advantage of two systems in one).

| I should also ask, is there a particular reason why you want to run Mac OS on a PC (specific program, etc.), or is it just to try it? |
