I have a Toshiba laptop and its' battery used to last up to two hours when it wasn't plugged in. Now, it lasts about ten minutes and I have no idea what is wrong or how to fix it. I've done lots of virus scans and there isn't a bug that is causing it. Please help!

You more than likely have a dieing battery in need of replacement.

They don't last forever and will eventually get weaker with time.
