Go for the P4 2.4C instead of the 2.6C. They overclock really well and are a lot cheaper.

P4 2.4C Pricing

P4 2.6C Pricing

As you can see the pricing is pretty considerable. The 2.4C is an overclockers dream and overclock better than the 2.6C hands down. More bang for the buck.

I would lean away from the Gigabyte's Motherboards.

From what I have seen, they are a little lacking in the BIOS.

A better option would be the Abit IC7 found here for close to the same price.

Much better board and higher quality.

Bud,

I checked the prices there and they are ridiculous and far better deals can be found on the net.

Local is good if they are close, but when you can get equivelent parts for 40% cheaper online, you have to think of your wallet and no one else.
