I've got a simple problem that hopefully somebody with a few more working brain cells than me can figure out.
I'm running a Westell router/DSL modem compo, forget the model number. Previously my mom's rig would see my computer on the network, which allowed her to access my iTunes folder, games folder, and a few others. The other day, I discovered that her machine will no longer connect to mine. I can transfer files to her sharing folder, but not the reverse. When I go to network connections, and view connected machines, I get an access denied error.
The only thing I've changed recently was uninstalling UPnP, which was interfering with my DAW software. Reinstalling UPnP and rebooting didn't fix the problem.
I've already re-run the network setup wizard a couple of times, made sure the firewall was properly configured, on both machines, but still no luck.
Any ideas? _________________ Big enough to scare you |
