Ok guys so this is basically the problem,
Currently my GFX card is an Asus 7300GT Silent and the system boots no problems and does not show me dual bios load screens.
When i connect an 8800GT the screen shows me 2 bios load screens and will not boot to windows.
I had to change my card from an Asus 8800GT because it was causing the problem and was burned out, i now own a gigabyte 8800GT and it's still giving me the same problem.
My power supply is a Thermaltake 550W and im thinking this might be a problem thats it is not sufficent to power the card and everything else?
I have asked a friend of mine who is a PC Tech and he has never heard of this happening before...
Any of you guys have any idea about why this might be happening? _________________

Are you power the card off of a power channel that is supplying power to another component like a hard drive or something? _________________ Owner & Administrator

No...the power for the card is coming directly from the PSU on it's own cable _________________

Swap it on a different channel and check your bios settings for your videocard voltage.
Might be a good time to clear the CMOS seeing there might be some resident settings left over from the old card. Remember to remove the battery as well so it is a try BIOS wipe. _________________ Owner & Administrator

I only have one place to put in the cable for the graphcs card on the PSU so i can't switch it to another place.
CMOS has been cleared and the battery has been taken out and bios cleared.
Ill check the voltages on my settings and post them here but they are within normal parameters _________________
