I am considering enlargeing my 80mm top exhaust fan to 120mm, because almost all of my heat issues exist there. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good tool to use for cutting the case itself. I dont want it to look like crap and I know that it is possible to make look good one way or another.

just weighing my options.

1) purchase a better 80mm
2) mod and insert a 120mm on top

It is very important that I remove heat from top because my WC radiator is mounted in top drive bay and needs all the cool air it can get.

lata!

Either a Dremel or a nibbling tool seems to be what you need. If it were up to me and you have the ability to do botth.... mod in a 120.... make the case yours. *nods*
