I have some old P4 chips and I want to build some PCs using them so I can sell or give away. So what are some good P4 boards with PCI-E on them?

Socket 478 according to the topic title

Stability is going to be an issue on any hybrid board, even the best will be inefficient and probably not run the GFX cards much faster than AGP. I would suggest you just go with tried and tested AGP boards and get decent AGP cards to cram into them. There are a lot of good budget AGP cards on the market that should be sufficient for most games. The X1600 series are good and fairly cheap as well as a number of 7000 series geforce cards in AGP format. What sort of systems do you plan to build and what do you want them to do? At the end of the day its all about what they will be used for and how much you want to spend on them.

Well crap, didn't see that.

AGP cards are just as fast so going for a x1950pro AGP version will have plenty speed for good gaming.
