I have a Silverstone Strider 850w and its been making this buzzing noise for about a week. Its not louder or softer. even when the pc is off it buzzes. it only stops when I pull the plug. It still does it when I shut the master switch off (the switch on the back) is it dying already? Its 2 years old. What should I do? Thanks.

Some power supplies do that for some reason. Something in the transformer.

I have power supplies doing it for years and they still haven't failed.
