Where are windows updates installation files saved on the computer?? So i can make a backup of them not download them every time u re install my WinXp.

To do that, you really should manually download each update from MS. The problem is that then you would have to reload them in the correct order, because some overwrite others in full or in part.
I use a utility called autopatcher which does this for you, as well as gives you some neat add ons and common reg hacks, wrapped in a drill down tree type menu, to pick and choose through. It must be used on SP2 versions only. But one of the nicest features is it needs only one restart, verses several if you were to do them one at a time.
I maintain several machines at work, as well as freinds and relatives, some with dial-up, and I couldn't live without it. Every month I verify/update virus scanner and scan for adware/malware, then update each system.
