Looking to buy a notebook pretty standard.. p3 prefebly cheap
(p3 256mb ram 40GB hdd, )<---- something like this.
only for surfing the internet and maybe few games like quake III so pretty standard

Well depending on how much you want to spend I can give you a deal on a HP DV2037us notebook for $550. Its new with full manufacturer warranty. though don't know if it works in AU. Shipping would be around $30-45 USPS GMS, and around $100 for UPS Exp.

Ok I have one for you... Its a Toshiba TECRA9100

It has a Pentium 4 1.8GHz, 512MB ram, 40gb HDD. w/cd-rw/dvd combo drive.

I will install Win XP and all the drivers. (Basically a refurb. I can sell it to you for $250 Let me know.

I meant about the warranty. Sorry bout the price. I meant the Toshiba I have would be $500 but the DV2037 I sold on ebay for more than $900

NVM. My prices are all over the place. Toshiba $250 with a fresh install of Windows xp Pro, and drivers with Great battery and wall charger.

$500 for a Gateway MX6120? Ill verify this later.

I have several other laptops that are decent speed but they are all used. (I refurbish them) Some have brand new screens, Mainboards, etc etc.
