i THINK this is software related....netshell.dll issue

So my job's Toshiba laptop that we are trying to reformat....is giving us the finger

Posts fine, Boots to CD fine, formats fine, but on the initial windows install before the first reboot, it cant copy netshell.dll

Everytime....same thing.......and of course, that file is compiled into the setup.exe so i cant copy it over post haste

Uh...what could this mean?

Ive tried single ram sticks, in each slot...but what else is there to do on a laptop?
