or Underclock for that matter...
Perhaps my brain is just stuck in an endless loop today, but I'm not seeing any formulas in my head for figuring this...
For example, my current rig is stock 2.66 Ghz, but is running at 3.34 (know sig says 3.32, need to edit that )
So what would my Overclock percentage be? _________________

In your example, you are running your CPU at 125% of the stock speed.
(124.812) so you effectively have a 25% 'clock. 3.32/2.66=X/100. Cross multiply and divide. That's how I do it anyway.
