Ok, what do you guys think about these 2 choices:

Buffalo Tech
PC3200 256mb DDR
CAS 2.5
Winbond chips
NewEgg Price - $49 (2 would be $9

Buffalo Tech
PC3700 256mb DDR
CAS 3
Winbond chips
NewEgg Price - $61 (2 would be $122)

Kingston HyperX
PC3200 256mb DDR
CAS 2 (2-2-2-6-1T)
not sure about chips
has heatspreader
NewEgg Price - $142 (twin pack, 2 x 256mb DIMMs)

Yes it has to be 256mb because I'm getting 2 of them for a total of 512mb. Lemme know what you guys think.

I think that you need to povide a little more info on the rest of the machine...

good RAM with makes little difference when mixed with a board that doesn't support the JEDEC.

If everything is supported on your board, buy the Kingston, because its very reliable memory and performs up next to OCZ and Corsair memory.
