I did a little snooping, this guy seem to be yer genuine troll, found some evidence of him posting on other sites, usually just 3 posts on each. Here's an example:

the text he posted, the first smiley is a link to wallpaperguid.ru. guess he's attempting to get it listed higher up on the seach engines. Seems to be russian text about wallpaper, prolly safe to say that will be changed to warez or porn once it's getting hits.

Delete the post, we can do with out his sort.

Well, a troll technically is a moron out trying to start a forum fight and is "trolling" to find someone to fight with him.

Think of him as someone trying to pick a fight and is being a poophead.

A "troll" can also be someone like this guy......posting hidden (or not so hidden) messages advertising other sites or get-rich-quick scams. You see it alot on sites that include advertising and charge for it. People post links and scams to get traffic, trying to bypass required advertising fees.
