Hi i just bought a tv card for copying from my video camera(not digital) to pc when i transfer to pc 33minutes of tape to avi it takes 3.3 gig on hard drive then i change it to vcd and quality goes to crap How can i get my film onto pc and then onto vcd without loosing quality any ideas (ps i am very new to video editing )
