EA games won't support their customers

I recently bought Medal of Honor Pacific Assault for PC. I installed and wen to register to play online, but it said cd key in use. So i said, "ok, fine I'll email EA games and they will give me a new cd key." WRONG.

EA's customer support is the greatest! greatest waste of time that is. There have been others that have bought new games that have gotten that same response.

This is real easy to fix though, don't buy any more games put out by EA.

I have never had a problem with EA. Im sorry u did. I hope u can figure something out. But I do have to agree with them, if ur gonna buy a game dont buy it used. just my opinion

ues I did buy it used... I got a discount off it with my EB games adge card. It shouldn't matter if It is used or not, if you purchase the game legally, then it is their responsability to ensure you get the services promised by them.

Depends what clauses they have with the EULA (same goes for pretty much ANY software that you get with registration and a End User License Agreement)

Take the game, and a copy of the email, back to EBGames, and get something else. In selling a used game, EBGames has the responsibility to make sure that it's a playable game, and they are supposed to ensure any registrations keyed to that serial number are cleared with the game's developers.

It's not really EA's fault this time............they have no idea whether you actually bought the game, or downloaded it and are trying to get a free serial.

But yeah, EA Games sucks. I ran into a problem with The Sims Makin' Magic expansion (for my ex, not me........really) where the game simply would not load after installing it.*EDITED* ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL.........and yes, I have the CD's, was able to provide them with all the info they needed to prove it, their response was "tough luck".
