The 6600GT has faster core and memory speeds and is similar in other manners. There won't be an overwhelming argument for one card over another aside from brand preference. Both have nearly identical performance and capability. Personally I'd go with the 6600, as I have used the non-GT version of the same card and am impressed by its overclockability—not to mention that it is less expensive.
