Ok I'm pretty sure this is gonna be no, but can you use a GT card and a GTX card in SLi?
Besides that, do you need to get two *EXACT* card?. And by that I mean same company, same amount of ram, etc.

Yes you'll need two exact cards to run SLI. Same Manufacturer and same revision I would assume.
