| For undisclosed reasons i need to make realtime backups of the history on a computer in my house. I just need it to backup all of the history to a different folder, so that i can view it later even after the history has been deleted. Is there any way that i could get the computer to do this without using any software. If i do need software, are there any free programs that you might suggest that could work. |

you could write a batch file that copies the directory to another specified directory ever XX minutes.....just set a reg key for it to run on boot
Google batch files though...im not so good with them yet. _________________

Nice thinking TH, but I haven't made a batch file that complex myself. On the down side, however, that wouldn't copy the existing files which, I think, was the more important? Maybe I am wrong. _________________ |¤| |

Don't need to change any keys...just use task scheduler. Must increment file names on the saves though, or you'll overwrite what you want to save. _________________ .
