Need info about sonys 146860122

I need to know if a sony 146860122 (my P/N) and a 146860123 are physically the same. I haven't been able to find any technical info or drawings anywhere,any info would be apprieciated.

I have a sony part # 146860122 power module out of a Viao desktop,what i need to know is if part # 146860123 power module will physically fit in the mounting bracket of my computer.
