What character is this? I can't seem to remember how to convert these into readable characters and going throught the entire character map seems to combursome.

Btw, what does "Turn off Computer" mean when you click the Start button?

Can someone answer that for me while I set about optimising some of this Assembly code I've written that destroys Josh's new computer as soon as it's been built and connected to the net. Thx.
