Hard Drive Cloning... Casper XP 3.0

Formerly I used WD's Data Lifeguard Tools v11.0 to clone my hard drives. Recently however, it's developed a problem and no longer works. (Something about "odidev.dll error". I Googled the issue and found about a dozen others with this prolem, so I went to Kroll Ontrack [software maker], and they say their tech engineers are baffled.)

I've tried Casper XP and it works great. However, they want $128 for a 3 -machine license. I'm willing to pay for a copy of the utility, but I want to own it and use it as I please.

So, I'd like to know (a) have you used your copy of Casper on more than one PC, and (b) were you required to activate your copy online?
