Okay... I wanna build me a 64 bit system. Nothing tooo fancy but I was gonna be using the Asus A8N SLI Deluxe Mobo, with this CPU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103494&ATT=Processors&CMP=OTC-pr1c3grabb3r

Just wondering what speed and everything of Ram I should use. I have 2gb's of pc3200 that would work on that mobo but I dont know if it would be a bottle neck due to the speed

racing i would get the Venice, its better than the winchester, updated memory controler lower temps by a couple of degrees and SSE3 support which i dont really see the point in it but who knows.

get some Corsair XMS or some OCZ, both are very good i would suggest getting PC3200 with low timeings and if you want to OC get some TCCD ram thats the absolute best overclocking ram there is, but they are expencive.

while TCCD ram is very good, the real good stuff is the BH-5. Both types where used when very high voltages where involved. But clock for clock and timing for timing the BH-5 is better. Its a very close race though, and both are going to be tough to get now days.

well there were alot of companies that used the BH-5 in their low latency memory. In fact I believe it was the first chips to be massively available low latency chips. Corsair, Mushkin, OCZ, Kingston, and various others too numerous to list used these chips. And not all of the extreme voltage memories use the TCCD some used the BH-5, but I am not sure which models had the BH-5. I do know that some of the OCZ memory used the BH-5 and 6 for their LL and EB memory. I dont know their model numbers, and to be honest I could never keep up with OCZ and their models.

kingston was very popular bh-5 ... had chips at 266ddr up to 440ddr as i recall all on relatively stock voltages
