Windows Loading screens

I have a quick question about modding the Windows loading screen. I heard from my friend that there is a program out there that can change the text of the load screen, but I forgot the name of it and my friend moved. Does anyone here by chance know the name?

I downloaded it today and created my own DOOM# bootskin. Here is the link for the picture I used. If anyone wants this for their own comp. pm me or email me and I will send it.

I will also create bootskins on request. Just send the picture. I am still working with creating progress bars so they will not be in the first ones I make.
