virally infected

my friends comp is having some serious virus/spyware/malware issue.. he cant seem to get rid of one called "ojrbpa.exe" which he says only seems to open with firefox lauched
googled it and all cant find anything on it

any ideas guys???

apparently teh file wont let him open firefox at all...

and he is using a program called "enditall" that is teh only program that detects it... task manager doesnt

well task manager does detect teh file but it disappears immediately

has he tried booting safe mode with no network or anything and see if he can manually delete it? If that doesn't work, he should try to report it to microsoft and see if they make an update for their version of antispy\adware which works very well by the way.
