Need help buying new ram

Im looking for DDR400 1gb dual channel ram thats good for overclocking.

I dont have enough money for good corsair ram but these are the choices:
GeiL DDR400 (2 x 512) 2.5-4-4-8
PQI DDR400 Turbo series gunmetal (2 x 512) 2.5-3-3-7
OCZ Premier Series (2 x 512) 2.5-3-3-7

Id like to overclock to ddr500. Please help me decide

not sure if any of those will make it to DDR500. But out of those I would go with the OCZ.

the ocz and the gunmetal have tighter timmings , so thery`ll be able to stand a fighting chance to getting to DDR 500, but i would go with OCZ because they handle more voltage
so go with the OCZ i say
