Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition

Well has anyone gotten it yet? you can buy it for like $150 on newegg and other places, or you can trade in your XP Pro CD key and get x64 XP pro for free but then your key is deacivated appon microsoft reciveing it.

I vea heard a lot of good things about it, driver support is growing rapidly since its officaly released now, most 32bit apps will work in the x64 XP pro but if you buy special editon software thats encoded for x64 OS's like the Farcry patch and such you will see a significant performen increase, in the application, and FPS in gmaes hasent increased that much, but thats not what 64bit is for, its for image quality and detail, as you can see in the Anandtech review on 64bit Far Cry.

I am gonna get it as soon as i get some more money flowing into my bank account, Nvidia and ATI both have good video card drivers for it and most new devices will support it with more and more drivers being released by companies every day.

lol ya it wont even work on a 32bit CPU, and BTW if you want to give them your key for a non-trial x64 xp pro your key has to be valid and it has to be for XP Pro Home users cannot trade up.
