hey, i notice the chipset cooler on my new DFI lan party SLI-DR to be really the only weak point on this mobo, so i want to replace it, i measured how tall the stock one is and its approx 15mm, same size as the Iceberq4 Pro CCB-A4P from vantec, i like this cooler seems good. anyone use it? also, it says VGA cooler? but it seems like it would fit perfectly in my chipset, will it? anyone know? thanks heres a link:

No idea dude. Check for chipset coolers and find one that will work with your board. That one might but probably not. _________________ Phenom II x4 955 @ Stock

i was looking at that one actually but it really seems weak, what with only 3.5 cfm, do u think it would work much better than the stock DFI cooler? _________________ My setupd:

thats not a bad idea, i was about to spend 60 bucks + S+H(all USD here) for a xp 90c, 20 $ for a tornado, another 40 for a fan controller/ temp monitor, and then now like 25 again for chipset cooler, and my case would sound like a rocket ship at blast off, i think its high time i look into water cooling, eh? i mean add up all the air stuff i was gonna get = 150 us minimum! no including shipping and stuff. so like realisticly like 200, 250USd, thats rediculous, i NEED some suggestions for water cooling guys, and please dont reccomen any thermaltake stuff..lol, i like the sound of the chipset cooler but how will i ever get one? also, how a swiftech for cpu block? and who makes good rads + pumps, thans guys. cleared my stupid head for me..lol _________________ My setupd:

Swiftech makes alot of good stuff. They do pumps, radiators and all the stuff you would need. In fact I trust their cpu blocks more than anyone elses. _________________ I tweaked and it tweaked back! So I Tweaked some more!

totally agree weaz, but the problem now is... what store sells it? hardly any.,.. i found crazy pc, but its all back ordered and frozen cpu .com is way over priced, and xoxide doesnt have a lot of it, and the price grabber only shows site that ship to the US, i live in canada, any ideas?, im gonna go with a swiftech: reservoir MCRES 525, that one looks good, with a MCP 650 pump, MCR 120mm rad, and the MCW 6002, am i right when i want to lean toward half inch barbs instead of 3/8? also do i need the MCB 120 radbox? like what does this thing do? my case is a thermaltake tsunami dream btw.. thanks _________________ My setupd:
